At The East London Hotel, the safety and well-being of our guests are our primary concern. Please be assured we are following guidance issued by the UK government and will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel with regular cleaning using professional anti-viral cleaning products, providing access to hand sanitiser and ensuring our strict food hygiene policies are adhered to.
Making Changes to Your Booking
We also understand in these uncertain times that our guests may need to change their travel plans at short notice. We therefore can offer the following:
- For all guests with non-refundable bookings, with a stay date prior to 30th July 2020, we will be allowing guests to re-book for a future date in 2020 or a voucher valid for one year. For guests with a refundable (flexible) booking, cancellations and refunds will be provided as usual.
- If you made your booking directly through our website you can arrange to change or cancel your booking by visiting www.theeastlondonhotel.com/datechange.
- For all our customers who made their booking via a third party (Booking.com, Expedia, Trip and other agents etc.), we will also accept changes to stay dates on non-refundable bookings or issue you with a voucher, however, you will need to make your request directly with the third party or on their website.
- For new future bookings, we recommend that guests book directly with us and choose flexible rates which can be cancelled at any time up to 11 am, 24 hours before arrival.
